Business Development Executive
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming Sales enquiries and to follow up all enquiries.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations if required as part of marketing.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Need to do necessarily follow up for the renewals of Sales contract.
- Record the progress of all enquiries and prepare monthly report.
- Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarizing information
- Gather information regarding market trends and provide feedback to the management upon which sales strategies can be formulated.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Need to record and maintain customer database and must adhere to the strict confidentiality policy of the company.
- Need to coordinate with other departments in order to ensure best service to the customers.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in FM Industry.
- Excellent communication and people skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and credibility of our client.
- Presentable, Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to work crossculturally with international teams.
- Proficiency in Arabic Language will be an advantage.
- Positive, creative, flexible, and driven.
- UAE Driving License is a must for this position.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- business development executive: 1 year (preferred)
