Job position:
Accountant


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years
  • Experience in Tally, peach tree, zoho, etc
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Readily available in UAE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accounts of the company which includes but not limitedsales invoicing, purchase and expenses, payable and receivables, preparing VAT report and filing, etc.
  • Preparing and posting journal
  • Shall be responsible for all account related activities.
  • Maintain all account related data
  • Record and report receivables and payables
  • Issuing purchase order and proposal preparation
  • Employee salary and overtime preparation and WPS deposit
  • Uploading invoices to client portal
  • Maintain the financial account related records manually and in software
  • Prepare and support the 3rd party auditor requirement
  • Prepare and support Tax audit and finance audit
  • Ready to update the account activities
  • Payment follow up with client
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss statement
  • Complete/ close accounts on monthly basis
  • Support office administration activities.
