Job Responsibilities:

  • Java Developer with 10+ Years of Experience
  • Experience with Spring and Quarkus Frameworks
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and Jaegger Tracing
  • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
  • Expertise with Secure Coding
  • Scrum Master (1 Resource)
  • Experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (JIRA etc.)
  • Reporting and Analysis of all things related to sprints (how to measure and improve velocity, how to set story points etc.)
  • Track record in effective documentation
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- for us we need someone technical to be able to communicate effectively with the dev team.

  • Scrum master certification is a plus.

Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
AED4, AED14,731.58 per month
