1.

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

2.

Site Visits and Assessments:

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and gather necessary information for project planning and execution.

3.

Supplier and Contractor Management:
Source and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for each project

4 Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, invoices, change orders, and progress reports

5 Quality Control:
Monitor project progress to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the required standards and comply with local regulations and codes

6 Budget Tracking:
Assist in monitoring project expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget, and reporting any deviations to project managers

7 Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all parties are informed of project updates and changes

8 Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues and challenges during the project lifecycle and proactively work with the team to find suitable solutions.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the construction company. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. Familiarity with construction materials, processes, and building standards is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to dynamic project requirements. Flexibility to travel to various project sites within the UAE.
