Description
We are looking for Sales engineer/executive (civil based) for a Civil Maintenance & Fit-out company in Dubai UAE.

The applicant MUST have experience in the field of Interiors and Fit-out industry, source and generate new clients for Civil Renovations & Fit-out project such as offices, retails, restaurants, villas & residential refurbishment & Fit-out projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Follow up new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings and having successful presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Pre-Qualify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.
  • Negotiating and closing deals.
  • Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements for the client.
  • Coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed time-frames.
  • Liaising with Manager's to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
  • Follow up receivables of own project sales.

Experience:


  • UAE Interior Fitout 34 years (required)
  • UAE Civil Renovation & Maintenance 34 Years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Must have UAE driving license (required)

Job Types:
