Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support sales strategies and decision-making. Develop and generate regular and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the sales team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning. Conduct sales data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain and enhance the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper utilization by the sales team. Assist in creating sales forecasts, targets, and budgets, monitoring actual performance against the set goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, marketing, and operations, to align sales initiatives and processes. Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales analytics and operations.


Job Requirement:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field. Proven experience as a sales analyst, data analyst, or in a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and generate actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to drive data-based decision-making. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Familiarity with sales processes, metrics, and performance indicators. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
