Responsibilities:


Financial Management:

Handle all financial aspects of the organization, including but not limited to bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using various software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, and ZOHO.

Data Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the company. Provide reports and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements in the relevant jurisdictions.

ERP Systems:
Utilize ERP systems proficiently to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Real Estate Expertise:
Preferably possess a background in Real Estate to better understand industry-specific financial challenges and opportunities.

Language Proficiency:
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Language Advantage:
Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage, particularly in interactions with clients and partners in the region.

Experience:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Chartered Accountant, with a proven track record of delivering accurate financial analysis and insights.


Software Proficiency:
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform financial analysis and manage daily tasks efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify financial discrepancies and implement effective solutions.

Team Player:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Attention to Detail:
Display meticulous attention to detail in financial records, reports, and audits.

Salary Range:
AED 4000 to 7000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
