Fixed Salary + Attractive incentive structure (NO CAP ON INCENTIVES)

Hiring motivated individuals to sell personal loans on behalf of a reputed Local bank.

Responsibilities:

-
Actively promote and sell personal loans to potential (Salaried) customers.

Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling and networking.

Conduct effective sales presentations to educate customers about personal loans and their benefits.

Asses' customer needs and provide financial solutions to the customers.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in direct sales in banking or financial industry.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as a part of team.

Result
Oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Knowledge of personal loans products and the finance industry in the UAE is an advantage.

Fluency in English is required
