Oversee and monitor the entire operations to receive, follow up and delivery of customer vehicles to ensure the after sales service is carried out to set company policies and procedures.


Experience Required:

  • 7 years of minimum experience in customer care within automotive work shop environment/ 2 years of minimum experience as a Manager Service Reception within a busy workshop.

Qualification Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
