Description

As a Purchasing Officer, you should collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the acquisition of necessary commodities and maintain accurate records of transaction records.


Assist the Finance and Operations Departments in monitoring, reporting, and managing the hotel's cost of sales, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.


  • A minimum of three legitimate, independent quotations must be secured.
  • Establish contracts to secure lower price for all hotel operating areas.
  • Receives a daily market list from the Executive Chef and arranges for daily delivery of those items.
  • Ensures that all order receipt dates are updated by purchasers in accordance with the suppliers' claimed delivery dates.
