Duties & responsibilities.

  • Reading and understanding products schematics and assembly drawing.
  • Taking parts in product welding & erection plan.
  • Verify dimensions and products specification.
  • Ensure all required material for the job are ready and meets the design specifications.
  • Marking cutting lines and perform cutting and machining process.
  • Ensuring all subassemblies are properly aligned and fitted.
  • Ensure all QC standards are met as per shop drawing.
  • Maintain production schedules for fabrication and welding.
  • Test products for functionalities as per design.
  • Ensure all products are properly inspected before release and minimize recalls.
  • Report and detail product or material malfunctions.
  • Adhere to shop safety and environment standards.

Experience
Qualification.

  • Specialized in steel structure & assemblies' erection.
  • Specialized in fabrication of tanks.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Ability to operate different shop equipment.
  • Excellent eyesight and color vision.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good organizational skills.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,200.00 per month
