Description

Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible to acquire Banking Products through telemarketing.


Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

  • Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts
  • Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
  • Updating customer information in the CRM.
  • Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.


  • MIS & reports

  • Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.


  • Success ratio

  • Offering the right products to the customers.
  • Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
