Description

Strata Global is a highly skilled Community & Property Manager with over 5 years of experience in managing properties or malls, adept in budgeting, auditing, facility management, and asset management.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and reconcile service charge collections in a timely manner, in accordance with landlord and resident statutes.
Manage properties, including residential and commercial towers.
Collaborate with building owners to minimize vacancy periods by strategize and implement improvements to Marketing initiatives, business plans, and tenant outreach programs.
Coordinate with janitorial and engineering staff to ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of properties.
Communicate effectively with landlords to resolve building and tenant issues.
Maintain a high standard of operational facilities by organizing regular maintenance, major repairs, and capital improvement projects to attract potential tenants.
Respond promptly to all Common Area Maintenance (CAM) inquiries, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and identify improvement areas.
Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to optimize property performance and maximize revenue.
Analyze and report financial performance, prepared budgets, and recommended strategies to the board of directors.
