Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and elevations for building facades using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure that facade designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain necessary materials and information for facade construction.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Generate 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate facade designs effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, specifications, and material lists.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to facade design and construction.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in facade design or construction is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is desirable.

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month
