Responsibilities:


Generate Sales Leads:
Identify and research potential clients and generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services being offered.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Negotiations:

Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while achieving sales targets and profitability goals.


Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives by effectively managing the sales process, pipeline, and conversion rates.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of the competition.


Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.


Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.


Requirements:


Proven Sales Experience:

Demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.


Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate effectively.

Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.


Results-Driven:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the industry or product/service being sold, including understanding the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to understand client challenges and provide appropriate solutions. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

CRM and Sales Tools:
