Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Listing Consultant who will be responsible for listing property ads in property portals with required details.

You will be responsible in generating leads, updating property portfolios etc

Responsibilities:

Handle portals for listing
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and invest in property.
Develop and maintain related filing system;
Researching the local real estate market
Call clients, check availability of the properties
Determine the asking price comparing the current market price
Helping the client to identify the key selling points
Listing the properties in the portals with full details provided by the owner
Coordinating visits / showings with buyers
Negotiating with buyers on agent behalf
Attending the closing / settlement, if applicable
Provide general support as and when required;
Liaise with executive management to handle and support work related administrative functions;

Qualifications:
6 months minimum real estate experience in listing

Good administrative abilities, result oriented, communication skills and multi task;
Well versed with Ms office, and job-related IT skills;
University graduate in any discipline.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Real Estate: 6 months (required)

Salary:
From AED2,000.00 per month
