Description

As a Hired Machinery Operator, your primary responsibility is to proficiently operate heavy machinery, specifically 4CX, 3CX, and 1CX equipment, for excavation and related works. You must have a valid UAE license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operating this machinery effectively and safely.

Key Responsibilities:


Operate 4CX, 3CX, and 1CX machinery with precision and safety, adhering to all relevant operational and safety guidelines.

Conduct excavation and earthmoving tasks, including digging, loading, and leveling, as required by the project.

Perform regular maintenance checks on the machinery to ensure it functions optimally.

Safely load and unload materials using the machinery.

Evaluate the work site and assess the terrain, taking into consideration any obstacles or challenges that may affect operations.

Collaborate with on-site project managers and other team members to meet project objectives.

Maintain accurate records of machinery operation, maintenance, and any incidents or issues that arise.

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of yourself and those working on or around the machinery.

Report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or the need for repairs promptly.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:


A valid UAE license to operate heavy machinery.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in operating 4CX, 3CX, and 1CX machinery for excavation works.

Proficiency in the safe and effective operation of the specified machinery.

Knowledge of excavation and earthmoving techniques.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

A commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
