Marketing / Social media Manager
We're currently looking for a marketing / social media manager to join our team.

You'll be responsible for tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns as well as ensuring all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

In addition, you'll be responsible for managing our social media accounts with our marketing team by creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to follower


Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


Role specifications

  • Develop strategies and tactics to improve brand awareness and organisational presence, which will result in driving qualified traffic and high quality leads.
  • Devising marketing strategies which will to campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and digital platforms to attract and convert our target groups.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, influencers, agencies and/ or vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and assess against quarterly goals.
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate engaging content to be published daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales, physicians and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan, organise and prepare online and offline events for influencers.
  • Ensure employees are communicating with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) and ensuring employees are compliant and align.
  • Suggest and implement new features, strategies or trends to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Can demonstrable their prior experience and success in leading and successfully executing marketing campaigns and material, as well as experience working as a Social media manager.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing executives, photographer, videographer, content writers, SEO specialist etc.
  • Experience with creating, planning and executing material for social media content.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Experience with planning, organising and executing successful events with influencers, VIP patients etc.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online
