My client is one of the most exciting well being start ups in the world. They are looking for a People and Culture Manager to drive their growing business in UAE.

You'll own our employee lifecycle. You'll be designing a world class hiring and onboarding process.

You'll own the lifecycle, making sure that people are welcomed in style, love their time with us and leave extremely well.

You'll ideally understand the importance of these factors and any knowledge of Systemic Constellations is a bonus.
You'll be the day-to-day go to around the business for all HR/P&C items and issues including payroll and policies (if they're needed, less is more)
You'll oversee our hiring process and you'll be it's strongest advocate.
You'll work with the HODs to create a process which makes sense for their department.
You'll work with the CPO and CFO on Comp and Ben
You'll own the company performance management system, working closely with HODs to ensure continued adherence
