Position:
GENERAL MANAGER (FMCG)

Interview Location:
Bin Shabib Mall, Al Quasis, Dubai

Role and Responsibilities:
As the GENERAL MANAGER of AWS Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in driving business locally and internationally in a sustainable manner and in line with the strategic direction of the company and manage the daily operations of the business

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Overseeing daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies. Training lowlevel managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective sales and promotional campaigns.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Representing AWS Distribution at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Upholding the company's values, culture, and reputation in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a GENERAL Manager or similar leadership role in the FMCG industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes, market dynamics, and trends.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and teambuilding skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
Resultoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
