FEMALES SALES EXECUTIVE

FIELD - CONSTRUCTION, MEP, ALUMINUM & GLASS WORKS AND LANDSCAPE. (IF FRESHER ALSO WILL BE HIRED)

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through research and networking.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients' needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Sales Presentations:
Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.
Highlight the features and benefits of the products or services.

Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
Close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities.

Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports.

Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer support.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
