  • Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from departments;_

  • Meet with managers and employees from other departments in order to assist in identifying purchasing needs;_

  • Analyze catalogs and newspapers ensuring that you are aware of what is sold locally;_
- _

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring the most advantageous conditions for the Company;_
- _

  • Maintain files per supplier with delivery and payment records;_
- _

  • Keep up to date with market trends, new products and the Group's material and supply needs;_
- _

  • Request proforma invoices, quotations and quotes from suppliers;_
- _

  • Explore the market in order to find more suppliers;_
- _

  • Go to the sales points to analyze the goods and inspect the material upon arrival;_
