Job main scope:
Manage LV Switchgear Factory

Minimum required educational level:
Engineering degree/Diploma

Minimum required experience: 10 years

Pre-requisite skills & training:

1- Minimum 5years experience in handling the production of LV Switchgear Panels-Both Power & Control Panels

a.should have experience in switchgear manufacturing industry as supervisor for atleast 5 years

b.
Switchgear industry experience is mandatory

2-Effective Managing skills within timeline

3- Utilization of resources

4. Hands on experience

Experience in managing the production of LV Switchgear Power & Control Panels

Experience in managing the production of PLC/Scada, Automation Panels, Synchrinization Panels etc

Provide Effective Solutions to the factory to get better results:

Site survey & making the reports

Client Training and presentation in site

Motivate technicians to get better results

Organizing in-house training session to create self-confidence & knowledge sharing to others, get new platform for new learning,:

Trainings are upgrading people skills to meet quality output in order to reduce rework to save money & Time

Work with QC team to produce quality product with local & international and regulatory standards

Fulfillment of the commitment on deliveries to the clients and management

Conducting weekly meeting at shop floor to review new methods & systems with workers level to under & coach best work practice

Housekeeping, Scrap segregation & Recycling of usable scraps, Create new personality developments session & guidelines, Implementing of new process system for smooth flowing

Tracking and Tracing of the materials used in the production

Proper management of the materials
