Real Estate Sales Manager - Ajman, United Arab Emirates - UWRE PROPERTY BROKERS
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Create and manage sales reports to track progress towards goals and to report to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of goals and activities.
- Sell the company's inhouse off plan projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Salary:
According to your monthly business generation including your team business.
Pay:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
- REAL ESTATE: 1 year (preferred)
