Description
Alras Real Estate is looking for Maintenance Supervisor to fill a permanent position,

  • The employee must be able to speak English,
  • Have at least three years of previous experience in Maintenance Supervision, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Be able to organize and manage a team of contractors and maintenance workers
  • Including handling/making inventory lists, in order to keep track of construction materials and tools.
  • Onsight jobmanagement, being able to effectively handle communications between the contractors and Alras staff.
  • Coordnating and managing ongoing repairs in Alras buildings between tenants and Alras staff.
  • Have experience/extensive knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From AED2,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
