Hybrid work model that allows a mixture of in-office and work from home

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Utilize handson strategic planning experience to drive effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage web projects, coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Oversee Marcom (Marketing Communications) activities, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Utilize programmatic buying and affiliate advertisements to optimize digital marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and utilize analytics, including Google Analytics, to monitor and improve campaign performance.
  • Leverage ecommerce and directtoconsumer sales experience to maximize revenue generation and conversion rates.
  • Utilize WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger channels to acquire new customers and provide excellent customer support to retain existing Fitaminat customers.
  • Possess expertise in UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) management, providing guidance to product teams based on Google Analytics data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following is REQUIRED:

  • Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Google Analytics, analyzing website performance and user behavior to drive datainformed decisions.
  • Google AdWords, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization), increasing organic search visibility and driving website traffic.
- eCommerce, managing online stores and driving online sales.

  • Digital marketing, encompassing various online marketing channels and strategies.
  • Online advertising, including display advertising, remarketing, and programmatic buying.
  • Social media marketing, leveraging social platforms to engage and grow the audience.
  • Utilizing WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger channels for customer acquisition and success.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
