Job Summary

Experience: 4-5 Years


Major Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in Authority Approvals / Submission in UAE.
  • Responsible for detailed drawing for joinery and fit out and interiors
  • Designing for 2D Plans-Shop drawing detailedshop drawing for mainly joinery & interior fit out.
  • Must have experience in residential projects
  • Should have experience of Handling CIVIL/ Joinery and coordination of MEP Projects etc.
  • Write, analyze, and communicate work updates with the client during physical meetings and through Emails.
  • Must have indepth knowledge of Authority standards (DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, Nakheel, Trakhees, Emaar, DSO, etc.)
  • Knowledge in creating Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and Cutting lists.
  • Attending the comments if any by authorities
  • Preparation of all drawings required and documents required for submission to local authorities
  • Coordinate with design team for required drawings
  • Coordinate inspection at site for authorities approval
  • Coordinate structural inspections
  • Coordinate completion inspections

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and related software
  • Experience in joinery detailing and workshop drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma (required)

Experience:

- dealing with UAE construction authorities: 2 years (required)
- approval officer: 3 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
