We are a leading interior fitout company specializing in joinery fitout solutions, committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs to our clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Design:

Produce detailed joinery drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery components.
Interpret conceptual designs and translate them into technical drawings that adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop comprehensive joinery fitout solutions.

Material and Product Selection:

Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for joinery elements, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in joinery fitout to enhance project outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with specifications, and feasibility of construction.
Work closely with the production team to address any design or technical challenges during the fabrication and installation stages.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to joinery fitout.
Provide support during site visits, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain organized documentation of all design drawings, revisions, and projectrelated communications.
Generate reports and documentation as required for internal review, client presentations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a Draftsman specializing in joinery fitout, preferably within the UAE.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and other drafting tools.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be in UAE ,Immediate joiners preferred
