Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/service.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional

service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle

to close new business in all service categories.

Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required

documentation for executive-level presentations.

Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with

potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.

Schedule direct or virtual meetings with potential customers and elaborate on the various

services and guide them in choosing the exact sales package for their requirement.

Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
Create Business agreements and contracts, with detailed information on terms & conditions,

payment terms and all the other possible information to be agreed with the customer.

Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
Advising marketing team on improvements to include in forthcoming marketing campaigns and

discussing special promotions.

Have excellent communication skills and confidence to reach out to potential clients and
Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency and handson experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
