About the Villa
This is a position that is based in Dubai, UAE.


This position is a
LIVE in position - all though you will be in a DEDICATED accommodation (apartment) and you will not be living within the property of the family.

Family will cover the cost for your accommodation.


There are many advantages in the work package such as paid accommodation, private medical health insurance is equally covered by your employer and a car will be at your disposal or a private chauffeur.

Given the fact that all these mentioned expenses will be covered by your employer, the package is very interesting.


The project


The family is looking for an
Experienced Personal Assistant
/ Butler with
significant experience in
Hospitality and/or in
Events, who is able to start to work reasonably soon, depending on the path of the recruitment process of course.

This is a
permanent contract. There will a period of trial defined by the client during the interview. The trial period should be of 3 months.

You must have several years of experience working as a Personal Assistant for VIPs and you are used to handling:

  • flight arrangements,
- bookings for hotels
- and taking care of personal goods, especially while traveling with the Principal and registering those goods and items
- organizing private events such as dinners, parties,
- you have a great sense of service, table service


You would be assisting the Principal in the capacity defined by the client, and being in the scope of his operations based in Dubai and France, and other countries.

All initial interviews will be telephonic interviews, and the final interviews would be organized in-person. The client pays for all the flights.


The client is looking for someone with significant experience working for VIPs, UHNWI and Private families before as a Personal/Executive Assistant.

For this position, you will be in charge of:

  • Assisting the client while he is traveling.
    This position is an active Executive Personal Assistant position. You would be required to travel with the Principal as required.**:
  • Assisting the client with all his demands regarding the organization of his agenda
  • Taking care of booking the flight tickets
  • Taking care of booking the luggages
  • Taking care of booking the hotel rooms
  • Preparing for the client's business meetings
  • Assisting the client when he needs to do shopping
  • Booking/making reservations for restaurants
  • Additional administrative tasks as would be defined by the client during the interview

Desired profile

You are:

  • A French native with a perfect level in
    French & English (writing, reading, listening and speaking):
  • Coming from the
    Hospitality and Corporate field before:
  • Significant successful experience working with VIPs, VVIPs or Private families in assisting & administrative settings
    you must have 5 to 7 years of experience as a Executive PA.
  • You have experience in handling administrative and financial aspects of this responsibility
  • You have worked in an international purview from a wide perspective
  • You are extremely reactive in conflict resolution and handling lastminute arrangements
  • You are
  • A strong multitasker, detail and resultoriented person
  • Very well organized and have the ability to deal with pressure and time constraints
