Tele sales Executive

Qualifications:


1+ years of experience related to Real estate and Interior Design is Mandatory


The Tele Sales Executive would be the first point of contact for prospective clients and would play a crucial role in achieving the sales target.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Calling clients and understanding their requirements and needs
  • Generating relevant leads by calling clients and directing them to the sales team
  • Develop indepth knowledge of the industry and make suitable recommendations to the customers
  • Entertain customer queries with patience to increase the lead count
  • Address any concerns clients may have
  • Generating meetings by calling on leads
  • Offer solutions based on client needs
  • Keep an updated customer base
  • Continuously meet the monthly quota of calls and sales volume, as assigned

Role Requirements:


  • Persuasive traits with strong negotiation skills
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Second language if any is a PLUS
  • Willingness to learn with a good grasping power
  • Personal and direct stock is a plus
