Position Overview:

As our Business English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our real estate agents with the language tools they need to excel in a competitive global market.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver customized English language courses that focus on real estate terminology, negotiation skills, presentation techniques, and effective written communication.

By tailoring the curriculum to our agents' needs, you will empower them to confidently engage with clients, investors, and partners from around the world.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive and engaging English language courses with a strong emphasis on business communication within the real estate sector.
Deliver interactive lessons that incorporate roleplaying, case studies, and practical exercises to improve agents' language proficiency.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to agents, helping them refine their language skills and adapt to different business scenarios.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify specific language needs and adapt teaching materials accordingly.
Track and report on agents' progress, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting further training as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
Russian language
5+ years teaching business English.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative teaching methods.
Proficient in remote teaching tools.
License/Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate.
