Responsibilities:

Conduct user research analysis and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
Create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces for web and mobile apps from concept to launch.
Develop prototypes, wireframes and visual designs.
Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
Conduct testing to gather feedback and revise designs accordingly.
Work closely with team and other designers.
Communicate design concepts effectively to team and management.
Take time to understand clients' unique business objectives and target audience, developing custom strategies tailored to their individual needs.
Maintain communication with senior management and clients to provide updates on project progress,
Remain up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices and competitors to stay ahead.
Provide exceptional customer service and support directly to clients, addressing any questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a successful UI/UX Designer.
Highly experienced in Figma.
Experience in Framer and Webflow is preferrable.
In depth knowledge of UI/UX principles.
High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and ability to integrate into a team.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced environment, with changing priorities and work demands.
