Job Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Assist and review the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to quality measures.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and companyspecific regulations related to the quality of services, KPI, and to the proper performance of daytoday activities.
  • Oversee detailed inspections and documentation in improving the data collection and submission process.
  • Perform quality and spotchecking to ensure that the guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are being followed.
  • Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
  • Performs internal audit of data collected for JAWDA KPI prior to submission.
  • Aware of the DOH and Tasneef audit.
  • Lead quality meetings monthly/quarterly prior to submission and able to identify the root cause of the problem.
  • KPI review, corrective action, and preventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve the service.
  • Providing effective leadership in Quality Management
  • Coordinate the process of ensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to and upgraded as required.
  • Maintains continuity of nursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • With a bachelor's in any medical background with a Master's in hospital administration & Management or MBA in Healthcare Management
  • CPHQ Trained or Certified
  • At least 3 years experience in the same position or designation.
  • Desirable With HAAD/DOH License
  • With homecare experience as a Quality Officer.
