    EXPERIENCEANDEDUCATION:

    EssentialQualifications/Experience:

    Experiencedsystem engineer with proven level 2 support roles in amultinational and/or military organisation of minimum 5 years invarious roles (Windows Server Administrator, Windows ClientAdministration, Active Directory Administration, NetworkAdministrator, Storage solutions specialist, Virtualization, IISweb hosting, Linux Administration, Containerization, Azure (orother cloud providers), Azure Devops, Webservers onLinux)
    MicrosoftSQL Server Administration knowledge (installation, configuration,maintenance, backuppolicies)
    Remoteserveradministration
    Knowledgeof DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPOs, Domain Federation Services/multi domainenvironment
    MSSQL scripting knowledge, data consistency and data clean [1] upbased on consultation with the user community and developmentteam
    Verygood virtualization skills, preferably on VMware with System Centerintegration
    Hardwareand software configuration of Server hosting platforms, custom diskconfigurations with specific storage controllers, RAIDconfiguration, redundancy and safety approach in all levels ofdesigning in implementing of thesolutions
    Goodknowledge of PowerShellscripting
    xmlfile manipulation, xsds validation and maintenance and automationdone throughPowerShell

    DesirableQualifications/Experience:
    PostGres,Splunk, IBM Analyst Notebook,iBridge
    Previousknowledge of Intel-FS FAS, Release Server, HMART constitute andadvantage
    Previousexperience in NATO, FAS support, software lifecycle support,knowledge of NATO policies andprocess

    DUTIES/ROLE:
    Install,maintain, monitor and support the JSSC Cluster 2 applications(Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART) mainly in support of theNATO exercises, but when exercises are not being planned, preparedfor or executed to be able to support the mentioned systems forcurrent Operations, under theCSLA.
    Providetimely response and resolution to all support tickets (incidents,service requests and changes) following the internalprocesses
    Escalateissues to level 3 support team as appropriate, support in thetroubleshooting and debugging of foundissues
    OfferSubject Matter Expertise for the Cluster 2 applications to the usercommunity and toCOIs
    Involvementin User Acceptance Testing for new software releases in bothorganizing and testexecution
    Applypatches and install ISR software updates, coordinateoutages
    Participatein NRF/Enterprise CABs as needed to support new software releasesin the validation and verificationprocess
    Providesupport in maintaining the NATO Software Factory infrastructure,user and rights management, software updates and internalactivities
    Interfacebetween JSSC Cluster 2 applications and inter-operable FASes fromother ServiceCenters
    Becomea reliable Level 2 support team member and provide the engineeringbridge between the Level 2 and Level 3 supportteams
    Propose/implementDomain Values clean-up tasks in close coordination with theOperational Sponsor, User community and project teams for futureincrements
    Ensurethe NATO Software Factory system setup matches the requirements forthe Intel-FS Spiral 1 to Spiral 2 datamigration
    Provideother daily Level 2 support for the operational users, asrequired
    Makesuggestions and proactive improvements based on gathered experienceand bestpractices
