DUTIES &


RESPONSIBILITY INVOLVED:
-


  • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
  • Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively.
  • Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.
  • Ability to work with details and timesensitive issues.
  • Good decisionmaking skills and response to highpressure situations.
  • Identifies the best suppliers for each vehicle accessories categories, negotiates prices, and selects the product range to be sourced.
  • Accessories display cars and decides on marketing/communication activities.
  • Report key performance indicators to the management team.




REQUIREMENT:
-


  • 5 years of proven success in an operations management role.
  • Background experience in Car accessories or automobiles.
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
