DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITY INVOLVED:

- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Ability to communicate with others effectively.
- Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.
- Ability to work with details and timesensitive issues.
- Good decisionmaking skills and response to highpressure situations.
- Identifies the best suppliers for each vehicle accessories categories, negotiates prices, and selects the product range to be sourced.
- Accessories display cars and decides on marketing/communication activities.
- Report key performance indicators to the management team.
REQUIREMENT:
-
- 5 years of proven success in an operations management role.
- Background experience in Car accessories or automobiles.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Knowledge of business productivity.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
