About the Job


The Product Analyst would be working closely with the Product Development teams, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business functions to design solution proposition for the product-market fit.

This role will have the following objectives

  • Strengthening Product-Solution Propositions
  • Performing Product Market Fit
  • Creating and maintaining Product collaterals
  • Recommending Product Improvements

As our Product Analyst, you will have these main objectives:

  • Define value propositions for product positioning that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with Product strategy across different verticals
  • Create product collaterals for new products and features, collaborating closely with product development, sales and marketing teams
  • Work closely with the sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies and product demos, to drive solid solution proposition
  • Collaborate with the BAU teams to identify existing points of friction and cocreate new features to enhance customer experience
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilise them to define the distinctive value offerings
  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, userfriendly interfaces and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal departments for new product ideas
  • Structure the solutioning to deliver the desired outcome
  • Assist in the Product planning and workflow visualization
  • Proactively input into user journey/features to ensure we deliver our required outcome
  • Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies
  • Work on Product portfolio to identify and propose solution areas
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand the view of product & customer conversion paths, leads dropoffs across different verticals to enable better proposition

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree and have 25 years of prior experience in Product, Consulting, Business analysis or similar roles, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Have a strong passion for the Payments domain, are selfdriven and solutionoriented with a high sense of ownership
  • Have strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to gather and interpret market research and competitor analysis
  • Are familiar with Figma, MIRO (design tools) and CRM systems
  • Have prior experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
  • Are able to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
