HR Officer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Hireget
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, HR coordinator, or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data and records.
