Job Purpose:
We are looking for a HR Manager
  • Benefits to join our Compensation and Benefits team.
1.

JOB PURPOSE Working with the Manager HR (Benefits) review, design and implement Emirates Group employee benefits in a cost effective and market compliant manner that enable us to attract and retain a high calibre workforce across global locations (specialising in medical, life, disability, pension and other wellness plans).

2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS (MAXIMUM OF 10)
  • Analysis of benefit practices and provisions to ensure alignment with the companys global benefits strategy.
  • Research, review, design, implementation and continual improvement of benefit programs for the Emirates Group including outstations and joint ventures in order to ensure that our overall reward package is cost effective, market appropriate, complies with local legal legislation in terms of design, level and delivery.
  • Ensure timely renewals of the various insured risk benefits schemes, negotiating annual premiums, service charges, changes and revisions to benefit coverage through the cost analysis of alternate service providers and evaluation of tangible and intangible benefits.
  • Periodically review all self administered schemes in comparison with market practice and external service providers in order to ensure cost effectiveness and provision of best practices.
  • Interpret benchmark data on benefits (design and level of benefit) and provide appropriate recommendations in the context of our total reward package.
  • Support the review of the service and performance of all service providers through periodic monitoring and also feedback from the employees in order to ensure that service levels provided are as per contractual obligations and desired standards.
  • Make recommendations to enhance and continually improve the current communication channels and content to ensure visibility, engagement and buy in from employees on these benefits.
  • Deliver member presentations and briefings, as required.
Qualifications & Experience: 3.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Qualifications:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)

Experience :
Human Resources.

Compensation & Benefits 8+ Years Knowledge/Skills:
Degree preferably in Management, Finance, Maths or Economics or a degree that shows a high level of numeracy. Experience in Human Resources. Compensation & Benefits.


Knowledge/skills:

  • Preferably experience working on employee benefits scheme design and communication specialising in risk and retirement benefits.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as Associate of Chartered Insurance, Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (with a focus on employee benefits modules) is beneficial.
  • The jobholder must be an expert in their field, with a detailed professional expertise in employee benefits covering all pay and general personnel policy conditions essential in the airline industry.
  • An indepth knowledge and use of all MS Office programmes with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly at all levels within a multicultural environment, to negotiate solutions and analyse and interpret statistical data.
