Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring smooth mobilization of machinery/equipment, tracking, and documentation.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborates and communicates with the internal and external stakeholders and mobilize the machinieries as per the specifications.
Track, traces, and updates the status of mechanieries/ vehicles.
Draft contract (SLS/ LPO), negotiate and documentation.
Compiles carrier and route assignments.
Maintain record of all the machienieries and their working conditions.
Periodic review of machineries and documents.
Understands and follows SOPs and work procedures.
Maintain monthly sales records.
Collecte daily reports from the stand in charge of the vehicle moment.

Experience: 4+ Years (UAE experience is a must in the transport industry/ heavy machinery and equipment)

Languages:
English, Hindi (Must) Arabic preferable
