Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressobased drinks, pourover coffee, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide menu recommendations as needed.
Accurately process customer payments and maintain a cash register.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the brewing area, service counter, and seating areas.
Restock supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, as needed.
Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques to provide an engaging experience for customers.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise during shifts.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages.
Proficient in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
