Job Title:
Mortgage Consultant


Location:
Dubai


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess client's financial situation
  • Advise on mortgage products
  • Coordinate with underwriters
  • Communicate with clients
  • Conduct market research
  • Develop and maintain relationships
  • Maintain compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in mortgage lending or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with mortgage software and systems.
  • Must be based out of Dubai, UAE

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
