The E-Commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for the proper daily execution of the company's E-Commerce Operations internally and externally, to ensure success.

The E-Commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for the following:

• Handling the sale and distribution of products through online shopping outlets.
• Maintaining the site and coordinating with IT professionals.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to work towards sales targets.
• Handling the experience that customers have when purchasing online.
• Handling customer issues.
• Provide information about the products that they're selling.
• Review sales data and stock levels to ensure that supply meets demand and to help prepare reports with expected revenue figures.
• Analyze sales data regularly and assess the market in order to help make effective business goals and revise expectations appropriately
• Help shape decisions about products, pricing and promotional strategies.
• Implementing/enhancing an operating model for the eCommerce Operations
• Developing detailed processes, quality controls, and KPIs for a seamless customer experience
• Working with internal systems to ensure pricing is accurately maintained across the chain
• Managing forecasts and seasonality to ensure proper processes are being followed for inventory/material planning
• Daily reporting for internal/external customers for performance and order management.
• Operational responsibility for ensuring supply and managing ontime deliveries
• Executing customer order fulfillment
• Managing the delivery network of drivers and vehicles for ontime deliveries
• Order management, Logistics, Support, Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
• 35 years of professional work experience working in Logistics, Replenishment Supply Chain with a background of food/supermarket/grocery.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems preferred
• Direct experience managing eCommerce Operations from online readiness to post purchase support including a working knowledge of marketplace and direct eCommerce processes and technologies done in proven Ecommerce companies
• Proven ability to automate processes and create efficiency

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
AED1, AED5,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- ecommerce operations day-to-day management: 3 years (required)
