A well established manufacturing company requires a native Tagalog speaking Executive Secretary with three years experience in manage the CEO's complex calendar / Schedule and arrange meetings, including local and overseas travel bookings /hotel accommodation, medical appointment ,etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Filing and documentation.
  • Monitor tasks delegated by the CEO and ensure that the completed work is achieved. Monitor documents and ensure, timely renewals of medical insurance, vehicles renewals and other designated tasks.
  • Payments of utility bills Making LPO's and handling bill reimbursements.
  • Prepare power point presentation / minutes of meetings / memos, etc.
  • Resourceful enough to manage booking of dinner and other events. Monitor mails and handle couriers Document & file Management with high confidentiality. Handling stationery requests etc.
  • All Front desk & other delegated duties.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
