Responsibilities:

Assist in presentation of the meals
Ensure kitchen operates in an efficient manner & maintains the standards (GHP)
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as Sous Chef (mandatory)
1+ year of experience in the meal plan industry (preferred)
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Familiar with industry's best practices

Salary:
AED4, AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

Meal Plan: 1 year (preferred)
Junior Sous Chef: 2 years (preferred)
