As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the financial reporting process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support key business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial performance of our various ventures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managing direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
