About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate who is interested to learn about HR across all of its different domains within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The People & Culture Generalist will support with the day-to-day activities of the People & Culture department.

The position will give you a complete exposure to all domains of HR from Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Employee Relations to Performance Management and Learning & Development.

Responsibilities*- Manage our internal databases.

Gather payroll data like new joiners, overtime and bank accounts.
Coordinate for necessary documentation to be done at the time of employee exits and onboarding.
Participate in organizing monthly global team meetings.
Support in the visa process and insurance for employees.
Help the team in other assigned tasks related to Performance Management and Learning & Development.
