Key Accountabilities

Surface Preparation:
a. Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint or finish.
b. Fill cracks, holes, and gaps in walls or surfaces to create a smooth and even base.

Material Selection:
a. Select and mix appropriate paint or finishes based on the surface type and desired color or texture.
b. Choose the right tools and equipment for the job, such as spray guns.

Application:
b. Ensure even coverage and a smooth finish, paying attention to detail on micron maintaining.

Protection and Safety:
a. Protect areas not meant for painting with masking tape, drop cloths, or other protective materials.
b. Follow safety protocols to minimize health risks associated with paint fumes and chemicals.

Repair and Maintenance:
a. Repair and repaint surfaces that have experienced damage, chipping, or wear and tear.
b. Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure they function correctly.

Color Matching:
a. Match colors to existing paint or specific color codes to maintain consistency when needed.

Customer Interaction:
a. Communicate with clients or project managers to understand their expectations and provide updates on progress.
b. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
