We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll organize and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • End to end Office Administration tasks
  • Manage Stationery and coffee shop stock, and order
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain track and paying Utility Bills
  • Office
  • Maintain track and paying Services Charges
  • Plot and Offices
  • Entering expenses in NetSuite
  • Maintaining track of service charges of apartments
  • Maintaining office premises cleanliness and repairs
  • Vehicle Management
  • Track the RTA fine and fuel consumption
  • Sale of personal properties coordinating with agents
  • Lease and renewal process of office and apartments
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule inhouse and external events

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office, Oracle net Suite etc.
  • Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, Time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Admin: 2 years (required)
