Responsibilities

  • Zoho Books Experience is must
  • Coordinate with clients by managing meetings, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- manage day to day activities in office

  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
  • Cold calls with the clients and generate valid leads
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the word progress and client relations.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Requirements:


  • Zoho Books Experience is must
  • Proven experience admin/sales/accounts will be considered a plus;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Zoho books: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
