Description
Responsibilities
- Zoho Books Experience is must
- Coordinate with clients by managing meetings, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
- Cold calls with the clients and generate valid leads
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the word progress and client relations.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Requirements:
- Zoho Books Experience is must
- Proven experience admin/sales/accounts will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Zoho books: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
